Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matvienko passed on a message from the President of Russia Vladimir Putin to the Sultan of Brunei-Darussalam Hassanal Bolkiah.
The meeting between the Federation Council Speaker and the Sultan of Brunei lasted for about one hour. During the conversation, both sides confirmed their readiness to expand cooperation in every area.
