Valentina Matvienko thanked her guest for accepting the invitation to participate in the international conference, The Role of Parliaments in the Modern World: The Federation Council’s 25 Years of Multifaceted Development, being held in the Federation Council.
“I have warn memories of my visit to Seoul, the attention and hospitality that was afforded to our delegation,” said Valentina Matvienko, stressing the substantive meetings held with President of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae-in and Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea Moon Hee-sang.
The Federation Council Speaker expressed her
gratitude for the latter’s greetings sent in connection with the 25th
anniversary of the Federation Council and the conference. Valentina Matvienko again extended an invitation to the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic
of Korea to visit Russia.
