Valentina Matvienko has been awarded the order for her active effort and personal contribution to strengthening the relations of friendship, strategic partnership and alliance between the two countries, according to the Executive Order of the President of Uzbekistan.
President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has awarded Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matvienko the Dustlik Order (Order of Friendship).
